<p>A comprehensive audit revealed gaps in consistency and engagement across Lucas’s platforms. We conducted persona workshops and user journey mapping to pinpoint moments of friction and opportunity, identifying data-driven ways to elevate his online presence. The design direction was rooted in accessibility, providing clarity while embracing Lucas’s bold, innovative style.</p>
<p>The chosen palette reflected the world of technology: electric blues, crisp whites, and subtle gradients. Inspired by circuitry and modern UI trends, we introduced modular components and a flexible icon system, ensuring the visual identity could scale from mobile-first site design to rich content for YouTube and LinkedIn.</p>

<p>Building on our strategy, we revamped Lucas’s entire digital presence: an intuitive website with category-based content navigation, a members-only forum, cohesive sponsor integrations, and modular video layouts. <br><br>We enabled advanced analytics dashboards, empowering Lucas to better understand community behavior and optimize content with actionable insights.</p>
<p>The refresh drove a 43% surge in newsletter signups, doubled sponsor engagement, and positioned The Tech Maven as a top resource in the consumer tech space. Our deliverables—including a living style guide, media kit, and editable Figma files—allow Lucas’s team to iterate and expand the brand as his influence grows.</p>
